Management Team
Miss Gabby
Director
Miss Gabby is one of our Directors in the office here at Pond Hill. Miss Gabby received her Directors certificate from Northern Essex Community College and is currently working towards completing her bachelors in education from the University of Phoenix. She has worked in childcare since early 2017 and has her Director II certification from the state of Massachusetts. Miss Gabby loves the "aha" moments where you observe a child finally being able to complete something on their own. It is a magical moment when they look at you with a big smile of accomplishment. When Miss Gabby is not at school you can find her skiing in the winter and at the beach in the summer. She loves participating in yoga and baking, as well as spending quality time with her boyfriend and cat.
Miss Sofia
Assistant Director
Miss Sofia is our Assistant Director in the office here at Pond Hill. Miss Sofia received her education at Nichols College with a BA in English and a minor in Gender/Diversity studies. After this process, Miss Sofia obtained her license to teach infants, toddlers, and preschool. She continued her education obtaining her CDA in 2022. Miss Sofia has been teaching since 2018 and has been with Pond Hill since 2021. Miss Sofia says her favorite part of teaching is reading stories, learning alongside the children, and working on social skills and manners. When Miss Sofia is not at school you can find her working on her plants and garden or packing the car for a road trip up North.

My passion to teach comes from caring about children as individuals and future citizens of the world. I am committed to providing a safe, loving, fun, and diverse environment for each child. My goal is to create an environment that enables children to discover and explore, nurture the desire to learn, allow them opportunities to succeed, and provide encouragement to take pride in their accomplishments. My responsibility is to teach children to respect themselves, others, the community and learn skills that will prepare them for the future.

Miss Katy
Lead Toddler Teacher

Miss Katy is one of our Lead Teachers here at Pond Hill. Miss Katy received her education through Clark University obtaining a BA in adolescent psychology and musicology. Miss Katy continued her education at PennFoster and NECC. Through this process, she obtained her lead teacher certificate in infants, toddlers, and preschool along with her director certification from the state of Massachusetts. Miss Katy has been teaching since 2017 and has been with us at Pond Hill since 2021. Miss Katy says her favorite part of teaching is incorporating art and music into the classroom to support all areas of learning. When Miss Katy is not at school, you can find her reading, crocheting, painting, or making all sorts of artwork!
Miss Ikram
Teacher
Miss Ikram is one of our teachers here at Pond Hill. Miss Ikram received her Associates Degree in Early Childhood Education through Northern Essex Community College. Through this process, she obtained her teaching certification for Massachusetts. Miss Ikram started her teaching journey here at Pond Hill and has been with us since 2024. Her favorite part of teaching is getting to know each of the children and forming a bond with them through play. She also loves seeing their special moments when they hit a new milestone or learn a new word. When she is not teaching, you can find Miss Ikram baking, enjoying TV shows, making art, or reading.
Miss Lisa

Miss Lisa is one of our Teachers here at Pond Hill. Miss Lisa received her education through Saint Joseph’s College of Maine and majored in elementary education. Through this process, she obtained her teaching license from the state of Massachusetts. Miss Lisa started her teaching journey at Pond Hill and has been with us since 2022. Miss Lisa says her favorite part of teaching is creating a special bond with each student and being there for them throughout their experience at school. When Miss Lisa is not at school teaching, you can find her spending time with her children enjoying hockey, skiing, and fishing.

Miss Elaina

Miss Elaina is one of our Toddler teachers here at Pond Hill. Miss Elaina received her Bachelors degree from Salem State and her Masters from American International College. Through this process she obtained her Pre-k - 3rd grade, Infant/Toddler, Preschool, and Director certifications. Miss Elaina has been teaching since 1995 and has been at Pond Hill since Spring of 2025. Miss Elaina’s favorite part of teaching is watching the children learn, grow, and progress with a big smile on their faces. When she is not at school, she can be found spending time at the beach and walking her dogs.​

Miss Emma is one of our Toddler teachers here at Pond Hill. Miss Emma received her education through Whittier Tech High School and Cambridge College. Through this process, she obtained her teaching certification from the state of Massachusetts. Miss Emma has been teaching since 2019 and has been with us at Pond Hill since the summer of 2025. Miss Emma’s favorite part of teaching is watching young minds grow, develop, and fall in love with learning. When she is not teaching, she can be found babysitting her furry nephew, Frodo, spending time with her sisters, and adventuring outside. ​

Assistant Director
Miss Pam is one of our Lead Teachers and Assistant Directors here at Pond Hill. Miss Pam received her education through Bay State College. Through this process, she obtained her lead teacher certificate and her director II certificate from the state of Massachusetts. Miss Pam has been teaching for over 30 years and has been with us at Pond Hill since 2020. Miss Pam says her favorite part of teaching is helping new children assimilate and become comfortable in the classroom. Miss Pam is an expert potty trainer! When Miss Pam is not at school teaching you can find her on many adventures in the White Mountains including hiking, camping, snowmobiling, and 4-wheeling!
Miss Grace

Miss Grace is one of our Teacher Assistants here at Pond Hill. Miss Grace is currently working on her schooling through Penn Foster. Through this process, she will be working towards her teaching certification. Miss Grace was previously a Paraprofessional for 3rd-5th grade and started her Early Education journey with us here at Pond Hill. She has been with us since the fall of 2025. Miss Grace’s favorite part of teaching is being able to be the children’s first positive interaction with school and making memories they will never forget. When she is not at school, she can be found soaking up the sunshine with her two dogs and cheering on her fiancé when he coaches football and baseball.

Miss Ally is one of our Preschool Teachers here at Pond Hill. Miss Ally received her education through Worcester State University. Through this process, she obtained her preschool teacher certification from the state of Massachusetts. Miss Ally has been teaching since 2009 and has been with us at Pond Hill since 2023. Miss Ally says her favorite part of teaching is watching the children grow, change, and hit milestones each day. When Miss Ally is not at school teaching, you can find her spending time with friends and family or with a good book!
Miss Tanya
Float Teacher
Miss Tanya is one of our Certified Float teachers here at Pond Hill. Miss Tanya received her education through the Whittier Tech and Northern Essex Community College Early Childhood programs. Through this process, she received her teacher and director certifications from the state of Massachusetts. Miss Tanya has been teaching since 2003 and has been with us at Pond Hill since the fall of 2025. Miss Tanya’s favorite part of teaching is helping to provide children who struggle with the tools to learn and build confidence. When she is not at school you can find her spending time with her family and cheering her daughter on at dance competitions.

Miss Morgan

Miss Morgan is one of our Preschool Teachers here at Pond Hill. Miss Morgan received her education through Cambridge College and NECC. Through this process, she obtained her teaching certificate from the state of Massachusetts and is currently furthering her education at NECC. Miss Morgan has been teaching since 2018 and has been with us at Pond Hill since 2022.. Miss Morgan says she has always loved education as she comes from a family of teachers but her favorite part is watching each child grow and change. When Miss Morgan is not at school teaching, you can find her spending time with her cat Finn, shopping, and creating beautiful crafts.

Miss Lindsey is one of our Lead Preschool Teachers here at Pond Hill. Miss Lindsey received her education through University of the West of England and the College of Marin. Through this process, she obtained her lead teacher certificate. Miss Lindsey has been teaching for over 20 years and has been with us at Pond Hill since 2023. Miss Lindsey says her favorite part of teaching is connecting with each child individually and discovering what it is that makes them feel safe, happy, and confident. When Miss Lindsey is not at school teaching you can find her with her husband and dog outdoors exploring New England or in her sun room relaxing with a book.

Miss Emily is one of our Lead Teachers here at Pond Hill. Miss Emily received her education through Salem State where she majored in education. Through this process, she obtained her lead preschool certification from the state of Massachusetts. Miss Emily has been teaching for over 25 years and has been with us at Pond Hill since 2021. Miss Emily says her favorite part of teaching is seeing the children learn something new each day, especially when it is something they have struggled with. When Miss Emily is not at school teaching, you can find her playing pickleball, golfing, or bowling.
Miss Alyssa

Miss Alyssa is one of our Teachers here at Pond Hill. Miss Alyssa is currently a student at Salem State University working to achieve a major in Early Education. Miss Alyssa says her favorite part of teaching is music and movement time, she enjoys how the music brings the children together to dance and play. When Miss Alyssa is not at school teaching you can find her dancing, drawing, and spending time with friends and family!

Miss Erin is one of our Float Teachers here at Pond Hill. Miss Erin received her education through PennFoster. Through this process, she obtained her teaching certificate from the state of Massachusetts. Miss Erin started her teaching journey at Pond Hill and has been here since 2022. Miss Erin says her favorite part of teaching is watching the children learn, change, and grow as they are each special and unique. When Miss Erin is not at school teaching, you can find her at her son’s baseball games, shopping with her daughter, or enjoying the outdoors.

Miss Chelsea is one of our Teacher Assistants here at Pond Hill. Miss Chelsea received her education through Northern Essex Community College and is working on her Associates in Elementary Education. Miss Chelsea started her teaching journey with us at Pond Hill and has been here since the summer of 2025. Miss Chelsea’s favorite part of teaching is watching the children grow, gain confidence, and learn new skills in a safe and supportive classroom. When she is not at school, she can be found reading a book while cuddled up with her cat, as well as spending time with family and friends.
